All Citizen, ESQ, Timex, Disney and Lorrus watches have
original manufacturers' warranty.
Since we offer our watches at such low
prices, some companies will not grant us the label "AUTHORIZED
DEALER". And some of them insist that all warranty service be handled
through our trained staff at our expense.
Any watch purchased through us is guaranteed by us for a period of two years
from the date of purchase.
In order to provide you with the best possible price on your watch purchase, our
vendors must protect the sources of supply. This is why Tag Heuer watches may be
without serial numbers.
SINCE WE ARE NOT AUTHORIZED DEALERS FOR SOME BRANDS, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS
ONLY VALID BY US, AND WILL NOT BE HONORED BY ANY OTHER AUTHORIZED DEALER OR
AUTHORIZED JEWELER. This limited warranty does not cover bracelets, crystals,
batteries, wear to the case or moisture damage if the timepiece is a
non-water-resistant model, nor does it apply if there is evidence of misuse or
abuse, including defects related to servicing not carried out by us.
IF YOUR WATCH IS A SCREW DOWN MODEL, MAKE SURE THE CROWN IS FULLY SCREWED DOWN
AFTER ADJUSTING FOR DAY, DATE OR TIME, TO ENSURE WATER RESISTANCE. 99% OF WATER
DAMAGE HAPPENS WHEN YOU FORGET TO SCREW DOWN THE CROWN AFTER ADJUSTMENT. THIS IS
NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY. IF YOU SEND YOUR WATCH BACK FOR WATER DAMAGE, WE
WILL PRESSURE TEST WATER RESISTANCY WHEN WE RECEIVE YOUR WATCH TO ENSURE THE
WATER DAMAGE WAS NOT CAUSED BY FORGETTING TO SCREW DOWN THE CROWN.
If your watch is defective upon receipt, which is very very rare, we will gladly
have the watch picked up by sending you a "UPS Call Tag". This means
that UPS will come to your door and pick up your watch from your home or work at
no extra charge to you.
If your watch becomes defective after wearing it, YOU will be responsible for
all shipping charges which may vary according to the UPS shipping method you
would like to use. From our experience, we recommend these three very important
steps.
1) Make sure you get an R/A number (Return Authorization Number) BEFORE you send
the watch back. Any package without an R/A number will be refused, and you will
have paid shipping twice. SO PLEASE DO NOT FORGET THE R/A NUMBER.
2) Make sure you send the watch via UPS, FedEx or U.S. Mail and DO NOT FORGET to
request a TRACKING NUMBER. If we do not receive your package, YOU will have to
settle with the Carrier.
3) Make sure you insure the package and hold on to the tracking number. Do not
send any watch or watches without insuring them with the carrier.
We hope your Watch never becomes defective, but if it does, you will receive the
best and fastest service in the industry.
We can also offer to have your watch picked up by UPS from your home or office
for a nominal fee. If your watch is defective upon receipt, which is very very
rare, there is no charge for this service.
Once we receive your defective watch, we will ship it back to you at our
expense.

Jewelry: Have lifetime guarantee against manufacturers
defect. This guarantee does not cover misuse or wear and tear. If you receive a damaged Jewelry order due to shipping, please inform us and send the package back to us exactly as it was received. In order to receive credit, on Jewelry that was damaged due to shipping, you will have to send us back the package and jewelry box within 10 days from the day you received the order (or 15 days if the jewelry in not damaged). Refunds will be issued after we receive the goods. However, it is very unlikely that any jewelry will be damaged since we use very strong shipping boxes for shipping, and all jewelry are double packaged.
All other product: We offer 1 year warranty against manufacturers' defects.
