Refund and Exchange Policy:
Returns and exchanges: 15 day return policy;
Exchanges will not incur any re-stocking fees. Returns will incur 7% re-stocking fee. Buyer pays for shipping.
To
return an item: Please send an email to: jewelsmall@sbcglobal.net
and we will send you details on how to return the product. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior email consent, and
will be returned back to sender at buyers expense.
Watch
Returns: Used watches cannot be returned. You may try the watch for
few minutes
but not wear it for an extended period of time. IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO WEAR A WATCH
EVEN FOR A FEW HOURS WITHOUT SCRATCHING IT. ANY SIGN OF WEAR WILL FORCE US
TO SEND YOU THE WATCH BACK AND CHARGE YOUR CARD FOR AN ADDITIONAL SHIPPING
CHARGE. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE YOU WILL KEEP THE WATCH PLEASE DO NOT WEAR IT.
To return an item: Refunds within 15 days of
purchase date and should accompany original receipt and everything that was in
the package when you have first received it. We cannot give you
credit back if the manual, or the manufacturer's packaging is lost. All Jewelry shipments will be insured and
have a lifetime guarantee against manufacturer defects.
Engraved
Items and Jewelry: Spelling engraving mistakes, made on our part, will
be replaced free of charge. If you
receive a damaged Jewelry order due to shipping, please inform us and send the
package back to us exactly as it was received. In order to receive
credit on Jewelry that was damaged due to shipping, you will have to send us
back the package and jewelry box within 10 days from the day you have received the
order (or 15 days if the jewelry in not damaged). Refunds will be issued
after we receive the goods. However, it is very unlikely that any jewelry will
be damaged since we use strong shipping boxes for shipping, and all jewelry
are double packaged.

MAKE SURE ALL PACKAGES ARE FULLY INSURED BY CARRIER. IF WE DO NOT RECEIVE YOUR
PACKAGE YOU WILL HAVE TO SETTLE WITH THE SHIPPING COMPANY. IN ORDER FOR US TO BE
LIABLE FOR THE PACKAGE YOU WILL HAVE TO PRODUCE A PROOF OF DELIVERY PROVIDED TO
YOU BY THE SHIPPING COMPANY THAT DELIVERED THE PACKAGE TO US.
MAKE SURE ALL PACKAGES ARE WELL PROTECTED AGAINST ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE.
