Returned merchandise will not be accepted without prior email consent, and will be returned back to sender.
If the product you ordered was returned to us, we will refund the product price only, not the shipping and handling fees. If your order was confiscated by your government, you will not get a refund on your order. Please make sure you understand our policies and e-mail us if you have any questions.
Canada: Shipping prices for Canadian orders are $14.99 US. If shipping costs more, we will notify you by e-mail and wait for your approval.

The following prices include registration fees : From 0-4lb $25.99 US, 4lb to 8lb $59.99 US, 8lb to 16lb $99.99 US, over 16lb $119.99 US. If shipping cost more, we will notify you by e-mail and wait for your approval. Please allow 14 to 21 days for delivery. Please note that the minimum shipping cost for international orders is $25.99.
