The SharperTek Automatic Ultrasonic Stencil Cleaner utilizes precisely controlled ultrasonic sound waves to remove uncured adhesives from stencils
and screens. The ultrasonic energy is gentle so as not to damage delicate parts,
while at the same time it is highly effective in the removal of even dried
printing ink.
The SharperTek Automatic Ultrasonic Stencil Cleaner is a 7 Day
programmable, automatic machine. The unit can be ran in either manual or automatic mode. The PLC can be programmed for the following:

The SharperTek Automatic Ultrasonic Stencil Cleaner has a
fully automated cleaning system with the safety of the customer in mind.
Once loaded, the stencils are lowered into the cleaning solution where the
ultrasonic heated cleaning takes place. Once the cleaning cycle is
completed, the stencils are raised, eliminating possible burns that might
result from manual removal of the stencils from the heated cleaning
solution. The cleaning tank is automatically filtered and reuses the
solution.
The SharperTek Automatic Ultrasonic Stencil Cleaner accommodates
stencils, screens up to 40 inches (1016mm) long and 10 inches (254mm) in
diameter. The transducers are surface mounted running at 40 kHz/5000
watts of ultrasonic power. Our
competition's ultrasonic power does not even come close. The transducers have a ten year limited warranty against de-bonding. The
machine has a two year warranty.
